Viston MagicからVirtualRobotViewerを起動しても反応がありません。
Windowsのイベンログを見ると以下のようなエラーが出ていますが、解決策はありますでしょうか。

記載して頂いておりますグラフィックドライバの表記より、仮想マシン上にてWindowsをお使いいただいているように見受けられますが、間違いございませんでしょうか。

VstoneMagicにつきまして、弊社では標準のWindowsによる動作確認を実施しておりますため、仮想マシンからの挙動につきましては、サポートを致しかねますごとをご了承ください。

本件につきましては、昨年10月頃にも同様の症状についてご相談を頂いており、結果は判明していない状況にございます。

仮想マシン上での動作がサポートされていない件承知いたしました。
標準のWindowsPCでは、動作確認できましたので、そちらで開発いたします。
